Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Remote, but our ideal candidate lives in/around Austin, Texas
Duration: Full-time, 40 hours a week
Compensation: $50,000-$55,000 + bonus, depending on experience
Job Description:
As an essential member of the Elevate Media House team, our Marketing Coordinator will be crucial in maintaining the smooth and efficient operation of our dynamic agency. This versatile role requires a proactive forward-thinking mindset. You'll excel in this position if you're passionate about delivering exceptional service to our clients, implementing various marketing strategies, and supporting the administrative needs of the agency. This role requires a detail-oriented self-starter who can manage multiple projects while consistently producing high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and high-quality content, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and website copy.
- Social Media Management: Manage and update social media profiles, create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies.
- Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on campaign progress, gathering feedback, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing marketing assets.
You’ll be a great fit in this position if you:
- Have 2+ years of working in an agency environment, a client-facing role, or relevant marketing experience
- Have experience developing marketing content, building websites, running social media accounts, managing digital ad campaigns, writing copy, and coordinating marketing programs
- Can work independently in a remote setting and be dependable to meet deadlines while running multiple projects at once
- Possess a “can-do” attitude and are willing to roll up your sleeves and assist where needed
- Have top-notch communication skills and are confident in your abilities to handle client needs
- Think “outside the box” to bring fresh ideas to the table for continuous improvement of our agency
