Under the direction of the LCD Product Marketing Manager, the LCD Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns to elevate the position of BenQ designer and photographer monitors. Other critical components of this role will be the strategic management of influencer relationships and helping to plan and execute onsite marketing events. The LCD marketing specialist will need to stay versed in marketing trends and utilize a variety of tools for reporting on campaign performance.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Facilitate the new product launch process by working closely with the LCD Product Marketing Manager in planning/developing the go-to-market campaigns and applying digital marketing skills and tools to maximize their impact and return on investment
- Collaborate with MarCom and Designers in creating dynamic content aligned with business directions that can differentiate our products in the market and turn value propositions into effective communications. Content includes product descriptions, datasheets, case studies, videos, graphics, landing pages, email templates, infographics, white papers, etc.
- Manage and support events and the development of thought-leadership initiatives, including webinars, workshops, PR opportunities, and consumer-facing digital competitions
- Coordinate events, meetings, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and organizing requirements, establishing contacts, and developing schedules and assignments
- Work closely with a PR agency to identify and manage key media relationships
- Work closely with vendors and in-house graphic designers to create marketing and event materials
- Regularly managing relevant social media platforms (Twitter/Instagram/Facebook/Linked-In) includes planning, posting, and responding to social comments and measuring the effectiveness of social media marketing efforts
- Identify, build, and manage relationships with qualified influencers for product reviews/coverage on LCD monitors
Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a relevant B2C digital and product marketing discipline, including campaign or project management
- Competent in SEO/SEM with strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Google Analytics
- Familiarity with Hubspot, SEMrush
- Detail-oriented and able to work well under deadlines and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently in a changing environment
- Proven ability to easily transition from high-level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution
- Work well with teams including interdepartmental teams in the US and HQ
- Relationship builders with excellent interpersonal communication and effective oral, written, and presentation skills are a must
- Professional interest and experience in graphic design and photography
Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or equivalent

Based on experience, we offer a very competitive base salary plus bonus
