What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute content strategy across TickPick owned channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Community management and engage across all social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, Reddit, etc)
- Create content (face-to-camera) for TickPick owned channels to support key initiatives
- Assist with compiling monthly analytics reports to measure content performance
- Assist with influencer marketing initiatives
- Collaborate effectively with marketing team to help support key initiatives
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in social media and content marketing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and/or at least 1-3 years of experience working in content/brand marketing in-house or on the agency side
- Experience with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Other social platforms like Snapchat, Reddit, Facebook are a plus
- Be comfortable creating content face-to-camera
- Hands-on experience launching, optimizing, and managing organic social strategy
- Understanding of social media trends and best practices
- Experience analyzing and optimizing content performance
- Familiarity with social management tools

The estimated pay range for this role, based in New York City, is $60,000 - $80,000. This role will be eligible to participate in our company's equity program. Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.
Individual pay rate decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skill set, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
