Position Objectives
- Spearhead and manage creative strategy for both small-scale and large-scale projects, harnessing strategy, digital and brand design, compelling content, and technology.
- Organize, lead, and review the work of the creative team in the production of all web, print, and digital marketing strategies and activations.
- Direct projects clearly and frequently with stakeholders, project teams, and external vendors.
Position Responsibilities
- Collaborate with agency leadership in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs.
- Direct the design and implementation of creative deliverables that complement marketing strategies, align with client organization goals and correlating KPIs, and effectively facilitate brand workshops to inform and inspire creative direction.
- Prioritize work and resources across engagements based on short- and long-term needs and establish production schedules by collaborating with designers, copywriters, and project management departments.
- Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
- Collaborate with clients and internal marketing and client success departments in developing marketing plans, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities.
- Conduct brainstorming sessions with the creative team, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner.
- Work with the business development team and sales teams on brand initiatives.
- Review and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring deliverables that effectively address marketing goals and challenges.
- Present or oversee the presentation of final concepts and obtain approvals for deliverables.
- Provide guidance and feedback to other creative staff to improve internal capabilities and performance over time.

Qualifications
- Current portfolio submitted with your application
- Strongly preferred: 8+ years in a design leadership role
- Strongly preferred: 6+ years agency leadership experience
- Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Demonstrated experience in functional areas, including digital marketing, email, and web design.
Starting Base Pay
- $80,000 - $115,000 dependent on experience
