Reporting to the VP of Global Sales, the Senior Personal Shopping Manager will lead the US based Personal Shoppers with a real focus on upskilling and mentoring to develop a high performing sales team who "think and act" like entrepreneurs.
You will be a critical leader supporting to optimize the potential of customer portfolio management to drive all commercial business metrics.
Working as part of a wider management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that your team accelerates in sales and client focus, proactively developing the VIP client portfolio and strategically developing the Threads value proposition.
You will be a natural leader who is commercially focused, as well as a confident complex decision maker and influencer.
Requirements
- Seasoned luxury sales & high networth client leadership
- E2E customer journey management, with a data-driven and analytical approach
- Experience in driving & managing change in a rapidly growing team
- Comprehensive understanding of growing a luxury business across multiple platforms
Technical Abilities
- Curiosity to embed a test-driven sales culture, using technology to increase efficiency and sales output
- Ability to manage across many different platforms seamlessly
- Strong understanding of sales operations to support with problem- solving
