Associate Site Marketing Manager to join our E-commerce team. Want to help us transform the travel experience? will require a weekly in-office presence on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

What you’ll do as the Associate Site Marketing Manager:
- Develop and manage engaging content for landing pages, including the homepage, navigation, and other key site areas, ensuring all content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with our target audience
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversion, identifying seasonal opportunities, and collaborate with the Site Merchandising team to ensure campaigns align with product selling strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams on projects that contribute to business objectives, including Growth Marketing, Brand, Creative, Digital, and Merchandising teams
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze site performance metrics to optimize user experience and conversion rates
- Monitor website analytics and performance metrics related to traffic, engagement, and conversion rates to deliver relevant performance and customer behavior insights
- Provide recommendations to enhance site marketing and landing page effectiveness based on performance, data insights, and marketplace trends
- Maintain the overall quality of Away’s website, conducting routine maintenance to ensure a seamless and customer-first experience
- Serve as the voice of the customer for optimal shopping needs and experience
Who You Are
- Minimum 3 years of experience in website marketing or content management role
- Proficiency in ecommerce platforms, content management systems, and site analytics tools; direct experience using Looker, Amplitude, Shopify, and/or Contentful strongly preferred, but not required
- Analytical and reporting experience, with the capability of understanding key performance indicators within the e-commerce/site merchandising industry
- Eager to work independently and cross-functionally with key stakeholders, to drive critical business objectives forward
- Proactive with a focus on operational excellence, and can identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement
- Ability to multitask and achieve deadlines in an efficient manner
- Team player with a "no task is too small" attitude
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Passionate about transforming travel (but that’s a given!)
Compensation Package
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards program that also includes benefits, bonus, equity and various social and professional investment opportunities at Away. Pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including scope and qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other Away employees. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at Away to fall healthily within the range based on these factors.
- Salary Range: $95,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually
- This role is eligible to participate in Away’s Annual Company Performance Bonus Plan, the terms of which are determined on an annual basis at the discretion of the company
- Equity Grant: commensurate with level determined at the discretion of the company
