Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of our marketing initiatives. You will work closely with our marketing strategist and project management team to manage the resourcing of campaign assets, coordinate email marketing activities, website content management, and help oversee our social media calendar. Additionally, you will provide support to our subscription offering, 1000WATT Membership, related to admin and customer support where needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Coordinate and manage the creative resourcing for marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of assets.
Email Marketing: Manage and execute email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, including list management, segmentation, and scheduling.
Website Content Management: Working with our Wordpress development team to keep our site up to date with blog posts, case studies and events.
Social Media Coordination: With the oversight of our Marketing Strategist, you will oversee the social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence across platforms.
Subscription Support: Provide support for activities related to our subscription membership offering, including customer communication and content coordination.
Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to align efforts and ensure cohesive execution of all marketing activities.
Analytics & Reporting: Assist in tracking and reporting on key marketing metrics to inform strategy and optimize future campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in a marketing coordination or similar role.
- Proficiency in Asana, Wordpress CMS, Mailchimp, and social media management tools.
- Familiarity with Basic HTML, Kajabi, Adobe, Zapier, Figma and Canva is a plus.
- Have a strong interest in learning best practices with adopting AI into marketing automation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Must be a self-starter and can work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
