Job Summary:
The Senior E-commerce Manager at David Rio will lead our digital marketing and e-commerce operations, implementing advanced strategies to boost our online sales and customer engagement. This role involves comprehensive management of CRM systems, execution of data-driven paid search campaigns, and optimization of our e-commerce platforms, including Wix, Shopify, Amazon Seller and Vendor Central, and Zoho, to maximize market competitiveness. This is a hybrid role, combining both remote work and in-office collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and optimize CRM strategies using HubSpot, enhancing customer interactions and driving satisfaction.
- Zoho Platform Management: Utilize Zoho tools for project management, customer relationship management, and data analysis, ensuring efficient workflow and integration with other platforms.
- Paid Search Campaigns: Lead the development and execution of high-impact paid search campaigns across social media platforms, aligned with marketing goals and budgets.
- E-commerce Platform Management: Establish and manage an advanced e-commerce platform to facilitate bulk purchasing and resale by consumers, aiming to increase direct sales.
- Wix and Shopify Optimization: Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of our Wix and Shopify websites, ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing interface.
- Amazon Seller and Vendor Central Management: Manage the Amazon Seller and Vendor Central platforms to boost sales, monitor product performance, and optimize listings to maximize visibility and conversions.
- Website Enhancement: Implement updates and enhancements on Wix, Shopify, Zoho, and Amazon platforms to optimize user experience and sales performance, including testing, data validation, and troubleshooting.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to adjust strategies that improve online visibility and sales performance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate e-commerce strategies with broader marketing and sales objectives, ensuring seamless operations.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, utilizing KPIs and ROI to inform decision-making.
- SEO Best Practices: Implement best practices for SEO, focusing on inventory management, pre-orders, and pricing policies.
- Website Product Maintenance: Maintain and update website products, ensuring accuracy and optimization for user experience.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Expertise in CRM software, particularly HubSpot, with a proven track record of successful implementation.
- Extensive experience with paid search and digital advertising on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Google Ads.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing Wix, Shopify, Amazon Seller and Vendor Central, and Zoho platforms.
- Strong familiarity with Zoho tools, including CRM, project management, and analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in data analysis and application to optimize marketing strategies.
