We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Jr Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in the fragrance industry. If you are a savvy, innovative professional with a passion for marketing, social media, and brand development, this is the perfect opportunity for you. As a Jr Marketing Manager, you will have the chance to build and execute strategic marketing plans, launch new products, and directly contribute to the company's growth and success. This position requires a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage innovative marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Utilize various social media platforms to create engaging content for our target audience, fostering community growth and customer interaction.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to understand our competitors, industry trends, and customer needs.

- Highly creative, with a keen eye for aesthetics and compelling content.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with marketing software and online applications.
