We are seeking a talented and driven Event Producer to join our Brand Experiences team to help execute various events for our premium spirit clients. We want someone who loves marketing and the event life, from managing logistics to working with vendors and being on-site to bring engaging and elevated experiences to life. Someone who is motivated by brand building and storytelling through experiences.
CONTRACT TIMING: September - October 2024
LOCATION: New York or Chicago preferred.

AS AN EVENT PRODUCER AT SIDECAR, YOU WILL…
- Work alongside Sidecar’s Brand Experiences team to plan and execute brand activations, including attending internal and client status meetings, being the main point of contact with third-party vendors, and managing pre-event and on-site logistics.
- Be the key liaison with all third-party partners, including fabricators, staff, labor, venues, shipping, catering, spokesmodels, etc. This includes researching, sourcing, and managing these relationships to ensure all partners execute with excellence.
- Help ensure event plans align with brand objectives and are on budget, constantly communicating with the team and clients to ensure event success.
- Be the gatekeeper of quality work, working with the design team to ensure all creative ideas and execution touch points reflect the high-quality aesthetic of the client.
- Travel to help execute live events on-site. You will liaise with vendors and staff, ensure all event aspects are executed thoughtfully and with attention to detail, and be a cool and calm presence for our clients.
- Be aware of and ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health, and safety obligations.
YOU MUST HAVE…
- 5+ years of event production experience
- Experience planning and executing events for consumer brands (drinks brands are a plus)
- Experience working with/for a creative agency
- The ability to multi-task across different projects while maintaining a team-player mentality and meticulous project management skills
- Well-rounded experience managing event logistics, including tech, hospitality, production, fabrication, and staffing
- An elevated design eye with a passion for bringing premium aesthetics to life
- Strong skills in Keynote and Google Docs/Slides, and is tech-savvy enough to learn other tech programs to work collaboratively and effectively with remote team members
- Willingness to travel (must have working driver’s license; car not necessary) and be onsite during weekends when needed
- A glass-half-full personality - resiliently positive attitude is key to the Sidecar ethos
