- Fostering a high-performance marketing team through ongoing feedback, coaching, and professional development.
Qualifications{{:}}
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies with a strong focus on client segmentation, acquisition, and retention.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, branding, market analysis, and client relationship management.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems is required.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong understanding of integrated sales and marketing strategies.
- Adept at using data to drive decision-making and strategy development, particularly in relation to client segmentation and retention.
