Junior Sales and Marketing Representative Job Description:
- Achieve customer support objectives by applying customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews through direct interaction face to face through client events or through in-home presentations
- Identify customer service trends and determine improvements with the Senior Management team
- Manage customer reviews and comments and report to team leader as needed
- Schedule sales appointments creating urgency in any orders processed daily
- Take control on customer inquiries with a positive and inviting tone to ease the interaction overall and finalize the customer sale
