The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the execution of Michael Aram's marketing and communications strategies across various channels. DAILY TASKS & GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in implementing the brand’s communications and marketing strategy.
- Coordinate department requests and projects, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Engage with customer posts, comments, reviews, and social media questions across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
- Help manage the influencer, affiliate, and customer review programs.
- Assist with planning and executing photo shoots, sourcing props, and ensuring the distribution of new photography across departments and partners.
- Maintain the organization of marketing documents and product photography between offices and accounts.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fields.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest) and a working knowledge of their management.
- Detail-oriented with a critical eye for accuracy.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with various teams, while managing multiple priorities.
