Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a passionate, driven, and versatile individual to join our team as a Brand Partnerships Marketing, Assistant Coordinator. This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in various aspects of our agency, providing support across multiple departments, including brand partnerships, marketing, and sales - the ideal candidate has strong content creation skills. This role is designed to be a springboard for your career, giving you the chance to learn the industry from the inside out! You’ll need to be a team player who excels at multitasking and is eager to take on a variety of responsibilities. From assisting with client account management and campaign execution to supporting sales efforts and conducting industry research, you’ll be an essential part of our team’s success. Please note, this is an entry-level position with a lot of opportunity for growth!
Potential Responsibilities
- Departmental Support: Provide administrative and project-based support across various departments, including brand partnerships, marketing, and sales, ensuring smooth operations and timely execution of tasks.
- Client Account Assistance: Assist in managing client accounts, helping to maintain strong relationships by supporting the development and execution of brand partnerships and marketing campaigns.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team by researching potential brand clients, managing client data, and helping to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Campaign Coordination: Assist in the coordination of digital advertising campaigns, influencer collaborations, and public relations strategies across various platforms.
- Content and Script Analysis: Support the review of scripts and content to identify product placement opportunities that align with client objectives.
- Research and Reporting: Conduct industry research, monitor trends, and help compile reports on campaign performance, providing valuable insights to clients and internal teams.
- Learning and Development: Engage in continuous learning opportunities to develop a deep understanding of the industry, with the goal of advancing into a specialized role within the agency.
- Content Creation and Editing: Leverage multiple content creation platform to edit and create content in the following formats: blogs, social media posts, client assets, pitch decks and publications.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field is preferred (internships count!).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A desire to learn, grow, and develop within the industry.
