Position Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Strategist who has a passion for developing strategic marketing proposals that drive results. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed, innovative, and persuasive proposals tailored to potential and existing clients. This role requires strong research skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of marketing principles to effectively communicate value propositions and win new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Proposal Development: Create comprehensive marketing proposals that align with client objectives and market trends. Tailor each proposal to effectively communicate strategies, budgets, timelines, and expected outcomes.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform proposal strategies. Identify key opportunities and challenges to create compelling narratives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, digital marketers, and project managers, to gather insights and develop cohesive proposals that reflect our capabilities.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for proposals, including case studies, client testimonials, and value propositions that clearly demonstrate our strengths and differentiators.
- Strategy Formulation: Formulate creative and strategic marketing solutions based on client needs, industry trends, and best practices. Suggest innovative approaches to enhance client marketing efforts.
- Presentation Preparation: Design and prepare visually appealing presentations and proposal documents that clearly convey proposed strategies and solutions.
- Review and Refinement: Review proposals with internal stakeholders and revise based on feedback to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with client expectations.
- Trend Analysis: Stay current with the latest marketing trends, tools, and techniques. Incorporate insights from competitor analysis to keep our proposals competitive and forward-thinking.
- Follow-Up: Engage with potential clients to clarify proposal details, answer questions, and provide additional information to support decision-making.
Requirements
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing strategy, proposal writing, or a related role. Strong portfolio of successful marketing proposals is required.
- Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and digital marketing channels. Ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Research and Analysis Skills: Strong research skills with the ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and leverage insights to inform proposal development.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with clients and stakeholders.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Creativity and Strategic Thinking: Strong creative and strategic thinking skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
- Remote Work Experience: Comfortable working in a remote environment and managing time effectively across different time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
- Educational Background: Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with Proposal Tools: Familiarity with proposal management software, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Background in Digital Marketing: Understanding of digital marketing concepts, including content marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media strategies.
