This new global longevity lab is seeking new marketing leadership.
Qualifications:
- Professional Experience: Extensive experience in marketing within the health, wellness, or longevity space, with a strong track record of driving growth for both eCommerce and brick-and-mortar brands.
- Team Leadership: Proven experience building and leading marketing teams in scaling startups, effectively managing budgets, and allocating resources to maximize ROI.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Mastery of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, marketing automation, attribution, paid ads, retargeting, and the full digital marketing funnel.
- Content Operations: Demonstrated experience in executing professional-grade content marketing operations, overseeing content creation, editorial processes, and distribution across multiple channels.
- Growth-Driven: Proven ability to create scalable marketing strategies that drive consistent revenue growth, patient acquisition, and engagement.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives, timelines, and teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Health & Wellness Passion: A deep passion for health, wellness, and longevity is essential. An interest or background in biohacking is a strong plus, demonstrating alignment with our mission of optimizing health and lifespan.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in leveraging data analytics to measure marketing performance, refine strategies, and achieve sustainable growth through data-driven decision-making.
- Communication & Leadership: Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to work closely with executive teams and empower sales and marketing teams to execute effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Full-Stack Marketing: Drive full-stack marketing efforts across brand development, demand generation, member growth, and product marketing to ensure consistent and cohesive messaging across all platforms.
- Brand Identity & Thought Leadership: Establish a unique brand identity that elevates our thought leadership in the longevity space, positioning our founder, Chief Medical Officer, and other senior leaders as industry experts in preventative health, employer benefits, and digital health.
- Target Market Messaging: Establish ideal customer profiles and develop tailored messaging and content strategies to effectively reach those targets across all marketing channels and mediums, driving growth and engagement.
- Revenue Growth & Lead Generation: Create scalable approaches to increase revenue growth by driving all inbound and outbound lead generation efforts. Continuously refine marketing campaigns, analyzing data and enhancing outcomes to improve campaign performance, ensuring measurable and sustainable growth.
- Content Marketing Strategy: Lead the content marketing strategy across social media and SEO content to drive sustainable top-of-funnel growth.
- Sales Team Empowerment: Partner with and empower the sales team to stand out in a competitive market by providing the necessary tools, messaging, and resources to close deals efficiently and increase conversions.
- Board Contributions: Regularly contribute to quarterly board meetings by presenting marketing insights, data, and growth strategies to keep leadership aligned on progress and future initiatives.
