Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced consulting Creative Director to lead the repositioning of the Cabana Life brand. This role involves auditing current marketing channels and content, developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy, and ensuring alignment with our business goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in consumer brands, preferably in the fashion industry.

Responsibilities:
Content Planning and Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with Cabana Life’s business objectives and brand vision.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends.
- Create detailed content calendars and schedules to guide content production and distribution.
- Provide creative direction for photoshoots, ensuring visual content supports brand messaging and objectives.
Content Creation and Management:
- Oversee all content across homepage, email, SMS, advertising, and social media platforms.
- Ensure all content is optimized for major placements, SEO, and adheres to brand voice and style guidelines.
- Provide creative direction and approval for Product Detail Pages (PDP) and new landing pages, ensuring they reflect the brand’s positioning and goals.
Performance Tracking and Analysis:
- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of content campaigns.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Analyze performance data to refine and adjust content strategies for improved outcomes.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure content strategies are integrated with broader business objectives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain consistency and alignment in brand messaging and positioning.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging best practices, and competitive landscape.
- Implement innovative content strategies to keep Cabana Life ahead of competitors and relevant in the market.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Brand Director or similar role, preferably within the fashion or consumer goods sectors.
- Strong background in content strategy, creation, and management.
- Demonstrated ability to position brands and develop impactful marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to drive content decisions and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Excellent creative direction skills with experience in managing photoshoots and content production.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and competitive dynamics.
- History auditing all marketing channels.
- Knowledge of LTV best practices and levers to improve LTV.
