What We Need
We're looking for a Global SVP, Supply to lead all the supply-side efforts for our Intelligent Marketplace team. You will oversee all teams responsible for Business Development, Account Management, and Operations who are based across the US, EMEA and APAC. Reporting into the CEO, you will be solely responsible for a hugely important strategic pillar for the business which has a significant material impact on our global revenue.
As our SVP Global Supply, you will be...
- Driving the Global Supply strategy which will see the increase of direct supply inventory and the acceleration of direct connection types (SDK, CTV, OB, TAM, and Prebid)
- Responsible for scaling our Publisher portfolio from hundreds to tens of thousands across multiple formats (CTV, mobile, in-app, video, web, display)
- Managing a growing global team of 40+ across Business Development, Account Management and Operations with a view on expanding across different strategic geographies
- Leveraging personal contacts with global publishers, leading from the front in deal making
- Handling fast paced innovations and setting new Account Management & Operational processes to scale to a large number of customers
- Drawing upon your previous experience to create operational excellence across BD, Account Management and Operations
- Using your experience with connection tech (RTB, SDK, PreBid, VAST) and product, you will bring strategies for each and lead your teams and cross-functional collaborators to execute upon them
- Working in an incredibly fast paced environment, you will move quickly but without compromising on quality, problem solving and speedy delivery
- Looking at longer term strategies which could involve organic / inorganic ways to grow
You will have...
- Previous experience within a large SSP leading BD, AM & Operations teams to globally scale direct publishers and had accountability for the performance and results of those departments
- Develop strategies and plans across a 1-2 year planning cycle
- Proven problem solving experience inside and outside of your own function/product/area with limited precedents available. Developed new solutions that impact the company, business and strategic direction/plan
- Proven delivery of integrating new processes across the company and gaining company buy in
- Ability to anticipate business, market and regulatory issues, recommending product, process and/or service improvements
- An unparalleled knowledge of the supply side / marketplace ecosystem
- Strong operational leadership; you will be comfortable leading from the front
