Role Description
This is a full-time W-2 employee role as the Marketing & Communications Specialist for the Signature Group. This is an in-person role in the Uptown office. The MCS is dedicated to the team’s mission and is passionate about serving – both the team and our clients. They are creative, proactive, meticulously organized, detail-oriented, savvy with systems, bold, articulate, and timely in their communication.
The MCS can work with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks by importance and/or timeliness, and problem-solve on their own. They are also not afraid to ask for help or make mistakes. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Compensation: $55,000+ yearly
