Pay: $65,066 per year
Location: Hybrid, in person at each location (Eden Prairie, Annandale, and Maple Lake) as needed

How You'll Contribute
- Develop, coordinate, execute, and manage projects; consult with stakeholders to determine the scope, delegate resources, communicate changes and progress
- Drive the execution of multi-channel marketing programs and initiatives including digital advertising, email marketing, and social media.
- Collaborate with other departments on any marketing and communications needs
- Lead and manage communication and public relations efforts, including media outreach, press releases, and crisis communication
- Identify the organization’s target audience and develop effective and appropriate communication materials
- Lead, manage, and evaluate department staff
- Hire and train department staff as needed
- Effectively manage timelines and Marketing & Communications calendar, coordinate deadlines and negotiate competing priorities
- Create and effectively manage departmental budget and resources
- Partner with various departments to lead a coordinated community outreach effort
- Drive innovative ways to increase awareness of key program initiatives and accomplishments
- Serve as the key Marketing and Communications representative for all executive and board-related interactions
- Review and edit writing and design of colleagues as requested
- Performs other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring To The Table
- College degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required, or equivalent combination of work experience and education
- 5+ years of marketing leadership experience preferred
- 3+ years of employee management experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other design software
- Proven ability to develop strategic marketing plans, budgets, and resource allocation
- Strong, proven verbal and written communication skills
- Experience creating and articulating clear concepts and messaging for an organization
- Proven proficiency with website and social media management
- Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Current knowledge of emerging communication methods
- Proven business acumen with the ability to effectively manage budgets/expenses
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting timelines while meeting deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to effectively drive results
- Ability to work with people at all levels of the organization
- Ability to pass organizational background check
