PURPOSE OF JOB:
The Marketing Associate will focus on the creative aspects of our digital marketing efforts. This role will support front-end website management, content creation, campaign management, and other marketing initiatives to drive traffic and customer acquisition and increase customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of digital marketing trends and the ability to translate data into actionable marketing deliverables.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develop and manage content for the eCommerce platform, including product descriptions, landing pages, blog posts, and promotional material.
· Collaborates with the marketing team to execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, customer acquisition, and sales conversion, tracking performance and results.
· Utilizes SEO, SEM, and email marketing to maximize online visibility and engagement.
· Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Supports implementation of CRO strategies to increase website conversion rates and improve online sales performance.
· Implements and manages referral programs and other customer acquisition strategies to increase brand visibility and loyalty.
· Monitor and analyze website traffic and engagement metrics using tools like Google Analytics to optimize marketing efforts.
· Stay informed about the latest trends in digital marketing and eCommerce to identify new opportunities for growth.
· Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective marketing collateral.
· Support the Marketing Director in the execution of broader marketing strategies.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
· 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, campaign management, or a similar role.
· Proficiency in digital marketing tools and web analytics.
· Strong writing and communication skills with an ability to create compelling content.
· Experience with SEO/SEM and knowledge of current digital marketing best practices.
· Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
General office environment, ability to sit for long periods of time. Ability to move about the office. The ability to lift 25lb up to 50lbs occasionally.
