The Growth Marketing team is tasked with driving new subscriber acquisition & Disney Streaming’s profitability business objectives for Disney+ and The Disney Bundle. The team is responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of user acquisition and performance marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has a passion for the digital media landscape and understands the intricacies and unique attributes of every step in the marketing funnel.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with orchestrating the development of reporting and analysis, specifically integrating marketing data with content + retention metrics.
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards using Tableau, Looker and sophisticated Excel to track key marketing critical metrics.
- Craft and develop clear, visually engaging charts and infographics to effectively communicate sophisticated data, trends, and insights
- Support implementation and management of automated solutions to streamline data collection, transformation, and reporting workflows, reducing manual effort, minimizing errors, and accelerating the delivery of accurate, actionable insights
- Execute in-depth, targeted, ad-hoc data analyses to support partner needs across marketing, finance, and data teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Use detailed, comprehensive data analysis to assist the creation and implementation of marketing and content strategies.
- Assist with analyzing customer centricity (identifying customer characteristics and marketing platforms that result in higher retention and up-sell opportunities).
- Stay current with industry trends and competitor’s best practices in marketing analytics and content planning.
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of professional experience in marketing analytics or a data related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sophisticated data sets.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as SQL, Tableau, Looker.
- Advance excel knowledge (sumifs, index-match, macros)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous with a high level of accuracy
Preferred Requirements:
- Prior experience in marketing analytics or working with a streaming service
- Experience working with digital marketing organizations
- Experiencing working with Marketing Mix Models
- Programming knowledge in Python, R or SQL
The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $89,300.00 to $119,700.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
