Two senior marketers with extensive client list have launched a new integrated marketing agency, creating 360 campaigns resulting in transformational results for clients. SUBJECT's mission is to create an impact through collaborations with our clients, some of the most famous brands in the world, leading strategy and execution of PR, celebrity, partnerships, sponsorship, event production and social campaigns.
We are looking for a PR Account Coordinator to join our growing team!
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Support the team in executing all programs and strategy across agency clients including events, PR & marketing activations and celebrity partnerships
• Create pitches, facilitate media/influencer/celebrity outreach with team support
• Research new talent for seeding and engagement
• Track placements via social and editorial, and build client recaps
• Assisting with high profile client and celebrity bookings/appointments
• Create compelling visual decks. This includes proposals, client reports, case studies, etc.
• Track and manage complex calendars, budgets and expense reports for the team
• Assist with travel and accommodations bookings
• Keep company social media pages current with client work and interesting content
YOUR TALENT:
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, PR, Communications and 1 year+ of relevant entertainment experience at a brand or agency
• Understanding of the integrated marketing world- PR, celebrity, influencer, events, social amplification, etc.
• Ability to create presentations (pitch decks, in process program decks, recaps, etc.)
• Strong writing skills and creative thinking
• You are upbeat, fun & positive, with an ear to the floor about what is current in all forms of entertainment and pop culture
• Team player! Work well and communicate with your peers and leadership.
• Entrepreneurial by nature. With ability to forecast problems, and provide outside the box thinking
• Detailed and goal oriented with strong planning and organizational skills
• Must be flexible in evenings and weekends for travel and events
• Proven ability to work independently and confidently
• Understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
• Vast knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel). Adobe InDesign & Photoshop a plus
• Domestic and International travel may be required
• Ability to work nights and weekends for high profile client events
