The NES Group is seeking a dynamic Social Media Coordinator to bring creativity, strategy, and engagement to our social media channels. In this role, you'll be part of a collaborative team, creating content that spans across multiple sister brands. You'll be responsible for driving brand engagement and growth through thoughtful social media strategy and content creation. Responsibilities
Your role will include, but not be limited to:
- Collaborating with internal teams to plan and execute our social media and marketing strategies, including posting schedules, content calendars, and coordinating campaigns to boost brand engagement and sales.
- Developing creative, engaging content—whether it’s text, images, or video—that resonates with our audience.
- Designing posts that spark curiosity and build buzz around our new products.
- Staying current with social media platform updates to maximize reach and effectiveness.
- Coaching team members on using social media effectively to align with our broader marketing goals.
- Engaging with our community, responding to customer queries, and fostering positive online conversations.
- Monitoring and reporting on feedback, reviews, and customer interactions.
- Optimizing posting schedules based on traffic and engagement analytics.
- Managing the layout and design of social media accounts to reflect the brand’s visual identity.
- Brainstorming new ways to attract and engage customers through promotions, competitions, and creative strategies.
- Spotting trends and thinking outside the box to craft timely and impactful content while staying aligned with our brand's values and tone.
- Creating compelling visual content—whether it’s photography, video, or graphics—for emails, social media stories, and other digital touchpoints.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in social media content creation or coordination.
- Strong collaboration skills, able to work well with different levels of staff.
- Self-starter with the ability to independently move projects forward, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of juggling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of social platforms (FB, IG, TikTok, etc.) and analytics.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite & Google Apps.
- Skills in marketing, photography, and graphic design are essential.
