Job Description
As a Marketing Assistant you will play a vital role in supporting the marketing team with various initiatives aimed at strengthening our brand presence, generating leads, and improving client engagement. You’ll collaborate on targeted marketing campaigns, manage key projects, and contribute creative ideas to enhance our company's market position.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to support marketing strategy.
- Coordinate and organize promotional events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Draft and edit marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and presentations.
- Maintain and update company marketing materials and databases.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics.
- Assist with the creation of customer profiles, case studies, and email marketing content.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in a marketing or administrative role (real estate experience a plus).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing software, and project management platforms.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
