- Conduct research on market trends, audience preferences, and competitor strategies to support campaign development.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage and update the content calendar, ensuring timely publication across all channels.
- Assist in the creation and scheduling of content for social media, email marketing, and other channels.
- Prepare marketing materials, including presentations, promotional materials, and reports.
- Maintain and organize the marketing department’s files, materials, and databases.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and contribute to creative marketing ideas.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
