3+ years experience in content creation and platform expertise

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Create and curate high-quality content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Manage and maintain the social media calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and potential issues, and respond promptly to comments and messages.
- Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to optimize social media activities.
- Maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone across all social media channels & ensuring that the brand's messaging aligns with its values and goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
- Experience with social media analytics tools.
- Familiarity with advertising on social media platforms.
