Romi Digital is a start-up social media agency based in the heart of Manhattan, and we’re looking for a driven Social Media Coordinator to join us from the ground up! This role is not your average 9-to-5. It's a hands-on opportunity to work closely with the co-founders and become a key player in growing something extraordinary.

What We’re Looking For:
- Do-er mentality: You take initiative, solve problems on the fly, and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty.
- Creative thinker: You know how to craft engaging content and think outside the box.
- Strong communication skills: You’ll interact with clients regularly and need to maintain a professional and clear line of communication.
- 1+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
- Photography skills or interest is a big plus!
- Passion for the start-up environment: You’re excited about being part of a fast-paced, ever-changing landscape and wearing multiple hats.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for clients, aligned with their overall marketing goals.
- Be comfortable being in front of the camera for client content creation and our own socials.
- Create engaging social media content, including text, images, and videos.
- Top video editing skills (must have prior experience using capcut).
- Strong photography skills. You will capture content at photoshoots, including photography and videography.
- Manage social media accounts, including posting, responding to comments, and monitoring analytics.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas and improve processes.
- Provide excellent client service and build strong relationships.

Salary Range
Base: $42K—$52K + a possible bonus structure based on performance after the probation period.
