Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Project Assistant at Unboxed Philanthropy Advisors. The Project Assistant will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day project tasks, supporting project managers, organizing project documentation, monitoring project schedules, and coordinating project meetings and communications.
Qualifications
- Project coordination, organization, and scheduling skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience in working with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Knowledge of philanthropy, social impact, or non-profit sector is a plus
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a remote environment
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus but not mandatory
