Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Brand and Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing brand promotion strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and effectively utilizing social media platforms to enhance brand awareness and market influence. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand promotion plans, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall marketing strategy and goals.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns, including but not limited to online advertising, event promotions, and content marketing.
- Operate and optimize social media platforms to increase brand engagement and visibility across different channels.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to guide the adjustment and optimization of marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Manage the brand and marketing budget, ensuring effective use of resources.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Marketing, Business Management, or Communications.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience, with a background in brand management and digital marketing.
- Proficient in social media and digital marketing tools and strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and strong team spirit.
- Ability to adapt flexibly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Innovative thinking and a strong sense of achievement.
- Candidates with a background in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or the food and beverage (F&B) industry are preferred.
