Position Overview:
Beauty&Hair is seeking a passionate and creative Community & Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in social media, enjoys building community, and has a keen eye for emerging trends. You will play a key role in fostering brand engagement, enhancing our online presence, and managing customer relationships across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Engagement: Analyze engagement across social platforms, paid ads, and email campaigns to optimize community interactions.
- Brand Voice Engagement: Actively engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a consistent brand voice.
- Content Creation & Scheduling: Plan, schedule, and post stories and feed content that resonates with our audience. Stay on top of trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Content Curation: Repost influencer content and user-generated content to further enhance community connection and brand awareness.
- Customer Health System: Leverage customer data and insights to ensure a smooth and personalized experience for our customers and community members.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay informed of social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to refine our strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
- Email Marketing: Support the development of community-driven email campaigns that engage loyal customers and new customers. Analyze open rates, click-through rates, and overall engagement to optimize content and strengthen customer relationships. Collaborate with the marketing team to create personalized, loyalty-focused email content that fosters community connection and drives customer retention.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in community management, social media, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Experience with content scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, or similar.
- Familiarity with customer management systems and loyalty programs.
- Creative, proactive, and a team player with the ability to work independently.
