The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing and ecommerce teams across many projects and key initiatives. This coordinator will support the team in a wide array of projects including product marketing, PR initiatives, social media, email planning, gifting outreach, event planning, and more. This individual is a self-starting, extremely organized individual who supports decisions and recommendations with data.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day coordination and outreach of gifting and sample tracking
- Track and analyze community engagement metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Assist team with coordination of in store programming and events
- Assist with all Celebrity/VIP dressing requests for press appearances, brand events and seeding opportunities
- Pitch brand ambassador and gifting targets to the marketing team
- Ensure that all samples and store pulls are returned on a timely basis
- Assist on social media posting and responding to direct messages
- Track and record social media analytics to provide the team with weekly reports
- Track social media coverage from Influencers and KOLs and create monthly reports on key coverage.
- Monitor and respond to feedback and comments from community members on Instagram
- Facilitate gifting for VIP’s, Editors, and content creators. Including ordering products from the warehouse, gift wrapping, shipping, and tracking of gifts.
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of professional experience
- Curiosity and an ownership mentality
- Outstanding attention to detail, organizational skills, and relentless follow-through
- Adept at problem identification, recovery, escalation, and resolution
- Proven multitasking, communication (verbal and written), and collaboration skills
- Knowledge and experience working in shopify is a plus
