A strong background in B2C marketing is required.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and enhance our client's marketing consulting function, guiding clients through every step of their marketing strategy and execution.
- Act as the go-to expert, providing strategic marketing insights and advice tailored to each client's unique business objectives and needs.
- Create and implement robust marketing strategies for enterprise accounts, ensuring alignment with their business goals and delivering measurable results.
- Drive high levels of client satisfaction and account retention by delivering impactful marketing campaigns that achieve their objectives.
- Continuously evaluate campaign performance, providing data-driven reviews and applying lessons learned to future initiatives across the industry.
- Partner closely with Sales, Client Success, and Implementation teams to ensure a seamless client experience and maximize the impact of marketing efforts.
- Analyze campaign and market data to extract insights that inform decisions and deliver positive, quantifiable business outcomes.
- Develop and communicate clear, actionable reports and dashboards that highlight performance and key metrics.
- Deliver consistent, measurable improvements across campaigns and broader business objectives through strategic and informed marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- 8+ Years in Marketing with Exceptional B2C Experience: Extensive experience in leading performance-driven marketing strategies across multiple channels, with a focus on measurable outcomes. Deep experience in marketing to customers and consumers.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Expertise in analyzing and interpreting data, identifying trends, and clearly communicating insights to both internal teams and external clients.
- Proven Growth & Campaign Success: Demonstrated ability to scale campaigns, increase product adoption, and consistently drive impactful results.
- Industry Insight: In-depth knowledge of business trends, challenges, and solutions specific to the Healthcare or FinTech industries.
