Responsibilities And Qualifications
Bonobos is seeking a Manager of Marketing & Creative Services and Operations. This role is responsible for efficiently managing Bonobos' marketing calendar, seasonal processes, and individual project workflows from inception through completion. This is an integral part of the Marketing team and a highly-cross functional role requiring both strategic and tactical execution, strong project management and exceptional problem-solving skills. This person will collaborate across a range of projects and cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless execution of marketing strategies. This role will also be the main conduit between the Creative Director, Creative team and external production agency who manages and executes all productions across campaigns and shoots. This role will also include management of the Creative and Production budgets. This person will provide direct management and oversight to the Marketing Operations Associates and Creative Services Project Managers.
Key Responsibilities
60% Marketing Project Management and Creative Services
- Manage Marketing Services and Creative Services Project Management team to maintain workflow and drive work efficiencies.
- Manage intake of brand and marketing initiative requests and briefs for each project and partner with Brand Manager/s and cross-functional teams to execute on strategy/briefs, routing to relevant stakeholders and moving projects along to completion
- Work closely with Creative Services Project Manager to ensure traffic of assets and deliverables are executed effectively and in a timely manner
- Works with the Brand Team to partner and coordinate all marketing initiatives, considering all phases from ideation through delivery, contingencies and dependencies, serving as project manager between Marketing + Creative and various cross-functional partners.
- Work very closely with the Brand Team in conjunction with the VP, Marketing & Brand Team in the development and maintenance of the marketing calendar, support in executing Marketing initiatives and projects, managing seasonal process across relevant stakeholders
- Standardize, plan, and direct project timelines, milestones, and reviews / approvals at each project stage
- Own project roadmap + timeline and manage workflow priorities to the team, ensuring they are clearly communicated and adhered to, while maximizing the team's productivity and efficiency and meeting deadlines.
- Outline project meetings, owners, attendees, and outcomes for project lifecycle
- Record, review, interpret, consolidate and communicate feedback; take notes and follow-up on action items
- Communicate risks and proactively evaluate potential solutions
- Point of contact for all key meetings: kick offs, internal reviews, etc.
- Manage and maintain project status and delivery report/s
- Conduct project close-outs and assess efficiencies to improve process
- Proactively seek out opportunities to leverage best practices and continually drive process improvements, but work creatively to drive execution and simplification
- Collaborate with Brand Manager and cross-functional leaders to organize presentation materials to ensure accuracy across creative projects as it relates to design, copy & timelines.
- Partner with Creative Director to manage the internal Creative and Photo Studio E-Comm budgets
- Support VP, Marketing in managing relationships with external vendors, particularly in driving project timelines.
- Create a positive work environment and provide career development.
40% Production Support and Budget Management
- Collaborate closely with Creative Director and external production agency in building and managing Creative budget
- Serve as the main conduit / liaison between Creative Director/Creative team and external Production agency / Producers in developing and executing productions.
- Liaising with external production agency to communicate creative concept and brief for each campaign / shoot per season
- Collaborate between Creative team and external production agency to plan, develop, source, execute on key campaign / shoot requirements, including but not limited to, casting, sourcing photographers / directors, location scouting, logistics planning, key production needs (lighting, props, etc.)
- Work with external production agency in developing shootbook for each production
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Years of Experience: 7 - 10
- Project Management experience in print production and marketing operations
Critical Skills & Attributes
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Suite
- Basic knowledge of Google Drive
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently and effectively with all levels of the business
- Ability to communicate a single source of truth between multiple departments
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent project management abilities; can drive forward multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills
- Possess diplomacy under pressure in fast-paced culture

Actual compensation offered is dependent upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, work location, education, relevant skills and experience of the candidate.
Salary Range
$110,300 - $167,200
