About This Role
Wells Fargo is seeking a Marketing Consultant to become a member of the Credit Card Acquisition Marketing team. The role will focus on driving growth within the credit card acquisition space by implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns to our bank customers via WF's owned digital channel, one of Wells Fargo credit cards most important acquisition channels. The individual in seat will deliver profitable growth for the bank by helping to get the right credit card products and offers in front of the right customers at the right time.

Key Responsibilities Include
Lead Wells Fargo credit cards
Digital marketing for WF owned channel, including, but not limited to:
- Serve as Lead for marketing programs: design creative, define segmentation and targeting, and optimize across products and offers
- Work with internal partners to develop and launch tests to measure and optimize creative treatments and strategies
- Review analysis of products, sales pricing, customer retention, customer profile, sales, profitability and review data in support of program initiatives
- Exercise independent judgment to guide campaigns
- Support evaluation of procedure workflows and controls to recommend process improvements or define new processes to gain efficiencies
- Management and updating of marketing control procedures, including making updates and leading audits as needed
- Become Subject Matter Expert for their channel for compliance and control management through internal training and partnering with internal partners.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Marketing, E-business, Digital Marketing, Digital Platform experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Ability to handle multiple projects at one time while maintaining outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience actively managing, reporting on, and optimizing marketing campaigns and tactics
- Experience marketing in regulated industry, and working closely with Legal and Compliance partners to market products in a manner that meets all regulatory standards
- Experience pulling data and preparing results for review with Sr. business leaders
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Salary Range for New York, NY: $76,300 - $135,700
Salary Range for Wilmington, DE: $69,900 - $124,300
Salary range for Charlotte, NC & West Des Moines, IA: $63,600 - $113,000
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$63,600.00 - $135,700.00
