Ted Moudis Associates is currently recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator working out of our New York office.
Marketing Coordinator
General Responsibility:
- Preparation of RFQs, RFPs, Proposals and PowerPoint Presentations.
- Event planning
- Photo shoots
- Marketing materials- project profiles, brochures, case studies, photography and press portfolios.
- Sponsorship and editorial opportunities
- Social Media Marketing
Requirements:
- 5 years prior Marketing experience with an Architectural and Interior Design firm
- Strong knowledge of P.R. efforts
- Advanced MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in various graphics programs (Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign)
- Strong organizational abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible, a proactive team player
- Experience with website design
- Professional demeanor
