Job Description:
As an Entry Level Marketing Assistant, you will support the marketing team in executing campaigns, conducting market research, and coordinating promotional activities. You will assist with various marketing tasks to help drive brand awareness and sales growth, working closely with team members to ensure that all initiatives are carried out effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, promotional events, and advertising.
Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
Content Creation: Help create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, newsletters, and email templates.
Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and managing company events, trade shows, or promotional activities.
Data Analysis: Compile and analyze data from marketing campaigns, sales reports, and customer feedback to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
Administrative Support: Manage schedules, prepare reports, and maintain marketing databases and files.
Vendor and Partner Communication: Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and services.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or in progress).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented, with a willingness to learn and grow..
