The Specialist Growth Marketing for Retail Media & COOP will support the reporting and analysis of all vendor-funded media campaigns (on-site & off-site). Analyze media channel reporting to identify performance benchmarks; collaborate with manager and media vendors on optimization opportunities. Review campaign reporting for accuracy, and help translate performance into insights to support comprehensive, data-driven recaps for our vendor partners. Partner closely with the Integrated Marketing team to provide insights, and data points that support the selling of vendor-funded campaigns. This role is well-suited for a data-driven, digital marketer looking to join a high-performing growth marketing team.
Role Description
- QA campaign reporting for accuracy, partnering with media vendors, internal analytics to troubleshoot issues, enhancing existing processes
- Identify and maintain performance benchmarks by campaign type (social, display, sponsored product ads, on-site display)
- Support on-going campaign optimization
- Translate performance data to insights, partnering with the Integrated Marketing team to craft compelling vendor-facing recaps
- Support campaign set-up, and optimizations
- Invoice & PO Management
Key Qualifications
- 2-3 Years of Marketing, digital or media agency experience, some media/retail media experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or the equivalent
- Ability to multitask and achieve deadlines in an efficient, timely, and accurate manner
- Strong business acumen with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly analytical and comfortable with data sets, able to conduct analysis independently and communicate results to stakeholder audiences at all levels
- Experience in web analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics/Omniture/Google Analytics) and campaign management platforms (Criteo/Meta Ads Manager/ Google Ads)
