Our client have market fit and are in need of a visionary, data-driven Director of Growth Marketing to lead the charge and turn ambitious goals into reality.
As the first-ever Director of Growth Marketing, you’ll be the architect of the growth engine. This isn’t just another marketing role—you’ll be at the intersection of data, creativity, and strategy, building out a full-funnel growth machine. You’ll own everything from top-of-funnel acquisition to optimizing lifetime value, with a laser focus on driving sustainable, scalable growth. You’ll be the kind of person who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments, turning data into action, and ideas into impact.
Role
- Build & Own the Growth Strategy: You’ll design, test, and scale innovative, multi-channel growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Drive ROI on Marketing Spend: Every dollar should move the needle. You’ll continuously refine marketing spend, using data-driven insights to maximize returns across all channels.
- Master Data & Analytics: Leverage data to track performance, spot trends, and make smart decisions. You’ll have full command of our key metrics—CAC, LTV, ROAS—and use them to optimize every aspect of our campaigns.
- Paid Media & Performance Marketing: Lead and execute paid campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels, finding new ways to accelerate growth and hit aggressive targets.
- Growth Experiments: Test, learn, repeat. You’ll run rapid experimentation across channels to identify scalable growth levers, from referral programs to viral loops and product-led growth initiatives.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to align on strategies that amplify our reach and improve the customer journey.
- Build the Team: As we grow, you’ll hire and lead a world-class growth marketing team, creating a culture that’s obsessed with data, creativity, and results.
- Reporting & Insights: Deliver insights and performance updates directly to the exec team, showing what’s working, what’s next, and how we’re scaling fast.
Ideal profile
- You’re a growth marketing pro with 4+ years in Demand Gen, growth marketing or performance marketing roles, ideally in high-growth startups or tech companies.
- You’ve got a proven track record of driving massive growth through paid media, performance marketing, SEO, and more—and you know how to stretch a marketing budget for maximum impact.
- You’re obsessed with **data** and have a deep understanding of key performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS) and how to optimize them.
- You’re hands-on and strategic—equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves to run campaigns as you are setting the high-level growth vision.
- You’re an **innovator** who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to build growth engines that scale.
- You’ve got **leadership chops** and the vision to build a best-in-class growth marketing team as we scale but in the early stages ready to be hands on and at the forefront.
