What You’ll Do
As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in shaping various brands’ online presence and support our creative / sales team with presentations, events, etc. You’ll lead our social media efforts, develop content strategies, and coordinate marketing campaigns that resonate with our audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Plan, create, and execute social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Content Creation: Create engaging, shareable content (photos, videos, graphics) and encourage the use of AI.
- Campaign Management: Oversee social campaigns, track performance, and optimize for maximum ROI
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to improve strategy
- Brand Development: Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all platforms
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement
Who You Are
- You have 3-5 years of experience in marketing coordination and social media management.
- You’re a self-starter who can manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment (we don’t use fast-paced as a buzz word - we mean it in the best way possible).
- You have a creative eye for content and are passionate about food, marketing, and trends.
- You have excellent writing skills and can create compelling copy that captures attention and drives engagement.
- You’re a team player who loves collaborating with others but can also work independently.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, AI tools, or similar design tools is a big plus!
