This individual should have a proven track record of success working cross-functionally handling multiple projects simultaneously with an eye for details. This is an exciting opportunity to have insight into the full client collection & will be strategically looking at retailer assortments, product evolution including formula/packaging changes, & involved in new product launches.
Responsibilities:
Support Marketing Development & Operations team for all things related to product assortments & launches
Work alongside key accounts team on full brand assortments domestically & internationally, managing company-wide launch alignment plans
Manage tracker & internal communication needs for product changes including formula updates, packaging changes, marketing messaging updates & more
Work cross-functionally with production planning team on buying processes from a marketing lens
Manage intern press & prelaunch process including review for production, PR needs and more
Assist on working alongside PD & brand marketing on marketing claims and copy management of site and merchandising
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required; Concentration in marketing or business preferred
3-5 Years Of Marketing/promotional Experience
Must be able to work both independently as well as cross-functionally with excellent written & oral communication skills
Must demonstrate the ability to multi-task with a high attention to detail
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Has a positive attitude & works well in a fast paced environment
