Role Overview
ThreadBeast is seeking a strategic and dynamic Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead our performance marketing initiatives. As our first internal hire in this space, you'll play a critical role in shaping and executing on the performance marketing strategy of a mature e-commerce subscription business. You'll lead all aspects of performance marketing, from maintaining relationships with our external performance marketing agency and creative agencies for performance marketing ads production to analyzing our existing processes and identifying new strategies for growth of existing channels and expansion into new ones.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in performance marketing and seven-figure monthly budget management.

In This Role, You Will
- Develop and Execute Performance Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Manage Budget and Resources
- Oversee an annual, eight-figure, performance marketing budget , ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Manage day-to-day strategy and execution with existing performance marketing team.
- Optimize Existing Channels
- Identify opportunities for testing and experimentation to improve campaign performance and drive innovation with our existing core channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snap)
- Identify and Launch New Channels
- Manage the end-to-end discovery, set up, testing, and execution of new channel exploratory campaigns across various platforms (CTV, Amazon, etc)
- Define and Track KPIs
- Establish measurable goals for campaigns, track performance metrics, and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare regular reports for senior leadership, highlighting successes and areas for improvement across metrics such as conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and return on ad spend.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally
- Work closely with creative, social media, operations/merchandising, and customer success teams to execute on performance marketing initiatives.
- Stay Ahead of Industry Trends
- Monitor industry developments, competitive activity, and emerging platforms.
- Implement innovative strategies to keep ThreadBeast at the forefront of performance marketing.
Three-Month Expectations
- Existing Channel Management
- Develop deep understanding of ThreadBeast’s current core media channels (Meta, Google, Snap, TikTok) and identify opportunities for improvement
- New Channel Expansion
- Execute at least 3+ performance marketing campaigns that increase website traffic and conversion across new paid media channels.
- Team Integration
- Effectively integrate performance marketing efforts, collaborating seamlessly with external partners and internal cross-functional teams.
Six+ Month Expectations
- New Channel Development
- Grow and strengthen our paid media channels, establishing ThreadBeast even further in the ecommerce subscription space.
- Strategic Contribution
- Significantly contribute to the overall marketing strategy through innovative performance marketing initiatives.
- Team Growth
- Assess the need for additional team members and lead the hiring and development of the performance marketing team.
- Optimize Performance
- Continuously improve campaign effectiveness through data-driven strategies and optimization.
- Industry Leadership
- Position ThreadBeast as an industry leader in performance marketing within the fashion sector.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong emphasis on strategy development and campaign management.
- Proven track record of executing successful performance marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Deep understanding of paid social marketing platforms, creative trends, and best practices.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define KPIs and interpret data to inform strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop team members.

The base salary range for this position is $120,000-$180,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
