Position Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on leader to step into the role of Vice President of Marketing. This is a key leadership position where you’ll guide our marketing team, build bold strategies, and deliver world-class creative work for our clients. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the entire department, working closely with other teams, and making sure every project is executed to perfection. As the VP of Marketing, you’ll be the creative brain behind our campaigns—both the strategist and the doer. We need someone who can bring fresh ideas to the table while rolling up their sleeves to get things done. You’ll have the autonomy to shape the marketing vision, lead the team, and ensure our deliverables hit the mark every time.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the Charge: Oversee all marketing operations from strategy to execution. You’ll be the go-to person for developing innovative campaigns that meet business goals and resonate with audiences.
Work Across Teams: Collaborate with key departments like impact communications, production, and leadership to ensure marketing aligns with overall company objectives and helps drive growth.
Be the Creative Engine: As the “ideas person,” you’ll lead brainstorming sessions, guide creative direction, and ensure we’re producing top-tier collateral for both internal initiatives and client work.
Direct Client Relations: Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring our team delivers creative solutions that exceed expectations.
Mentor and Grow the Team: Lead a talented group of marketers, including our Creative Director. You’ll be responsible for hiring, developing, and mentoring team members to ensure the department is always running smoothly and creatively inspired.
Own the Final Say: You’re the quality control gatekeeper. No project leaves the marketing team without your stamp of approval—ensuring everything is polished, on-brand, and ready to impress.
Hands-On Design: You won’t just be delegating—you’ll also bring your own design expertise to the table, helping craft and shape the final product when necessary.
Who You Are:
Experienced: You’ve got 6-8 years of experience under your belt in a senior marketing or creative role with real graphic design experience. You know what it takes to build and execute successful marketing strategies.
Creative and Strategic: You think outside the box, but you’re also methodical in making sure creative ideas align with business objectives. You’re not afraid to take risks and experiment with new approaches.
Client-Savvy: You know how to build relationships and manage client expectations, delivering top-tier marketing work that meets high standards.
A Leader: You’ve led teams, managed projects, and know how to bring out the best in your colleagues. You foster collaboration and innovation.
Detail-Oriented: You care about the finer points and ensure that nothing slips through the cracks. Every piece of marketing content meets your high standards before it’s released.
Based in NY or LA: Must be located in the New York Metropolitan Area or Los Angeles. Our offices are in Queens, NY and Hollywood, CA.
