Adecco Creative and Marketing is recruiting a Marketing Manager for our client, a national retailer in Framingham, MA. The Marketing Manager will oversee the strategy, media, and creative aspects for all owned marketing channels, including email, organic social, and on-site assets. This role requires a cross-functional approach, working closely with departments such as Merchandising, Planning, Media & Digital Marketing, and Web Store Operations to ensure cohesive marketing initiatives. The role also involves managing a small team and driving results across various PR and influencer campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies for owned marketing channels, such as email and organic social, and ensure alignment with on-site assets.
- Serve as the primary internal contact for all owned channels, fostering relationships with Merchandising, Planning, Media & Digital Marketing, and Web Store Operations teams.
- Partner with Creative to oversee seasonal photography needs, including talent selection and final approvals, to ensure brand-aligned visuals.
- Set the strategic direction for influencer and multi-channel PR campaigns.
- Oversee campaign execution by guiding internal teams and coordinating with agency partners.
- Work closely with critical business and marketing partners, including CI&A, Media/Digital Marketing, Merchandising, and Site Operations.
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies to maximize impact.
- Monitor marketing spend, ensuring it stays on budget and that funds are allocated for high-impact outcomes, focusing on continuous optimization.
- Oversee and mentor two Marketing Specialists, guiding their day-to-day activities and supporting their professional growth.
Requirements:
- 6–8 years of experience in advertising/marketing, ideally with agency and/or retail experience.
- Strong understanding of multi-channel, integrated marketing and ability to connect objectives across channels.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of campaign production, budget management, and analytical measurement.
- Motivated, innovative thinker with a drive for continuous improvement.
