Position Description
As a Creative Director at OX, you are a strategic, visionary thinker who leads the creative team and helps clients bring their brand vision to life. You excel at taking a big-picture, forward-looking approach, shaping the creative direction for current and future projects.
In this role, you'll guide your team of designers and writers from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality, impactful work across various deliverables. While you'll provide hands-on creative input when needed, your primary focus is leading the team and driving the creative vision.

Throughout, you'll demonstrate your ability to be both a tactical, on-the-ground leader and a big-picture, visionary thinker. Your leadership and partnership skills, combined with your creative excellence, will be instrumental in advancing the agency's creative work and capabilities.
