Marketing Communications Coordinator – Long Beach
Twining, an innovative engineering, testing, and inspection Company is seeking a Marketing Communications Coordinator for our corporate office in Long Beach. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing, an interest in the architecture, engineering, and/or construction (AEC) industry, as well as possessing the ability to think outside the box, and take ownership over their work while finding solutions when necessary. Responsibilities - Support the Company’s digital marketing efforts including but not limited to
- Social Media planning and execution
- Videography
- Website maintenance and enhancements
- E-Mail campaign support
- Support CRM by
- Maintaining data including information for sales and marketing, clients, contacts, etc.
- Provide reporting as needed
- Lead our Marketing Events and Public Relations Coordination and Communications in the following areas
- Tradeshow and Conference coordination
- Client appreciation events planning and support
- Charity Golf Tournament support
- Webinars, Lunch and Learns, Lab Tours support
- Other areas as assigned to promote our name and branding
- Provide General Marketing Support including but not limited to
- Creation of print collateral such as brochures, invitations, leave behinds, etc.
- Presentation editing and support
- Maintaining Company’s internal SharePoint
- Marketing portion in the Employee Newsletter
- Market Research (clients, competitors, market sectors, etc.)
Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or similar.
- Minimum 3 years of marketing or comparable experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere)
- Well organized and able to prioritize, juggle multiple tasks concurrently, and communicate effectively with project stakeholders
- Must be proactive and willing to take projects from concept to completion
- A team player and work together to ensure that we are successful
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to utilize layout and graphic design skills in a business setting
- Videography experience
- Assist with other marketing responsibilities as needed
