A client of Insight Global is a leading property management company dedicated to providing exceptional living experiences in our apartment communities. We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Branding Outreach Specialist to join our marketing team and help us enhance our online presence and brand recognition. This role will be Part-Time (25-30 hours a week), reporting to the office 2-3 days a week in the Lenox office.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement for our apartment complexes.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions, fostering a positive community and addressing resident inquiries and feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute branding campaigns that highlight the unique features and benefits of our properties.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
- Coordinate with property managers and leasing teams to gather content and promote community events and updates.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content, to support branding efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and branding in the real estate or property management industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Compensation:
$25/hr to $50/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
