Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention. Collaborate with the leadership team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Campaign Management:Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns. Utilize data and analytics to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Brand Positioning:Define and maintain the brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. Monitor market trends and consumer behavior to stay ahead of the competition.
- Team Leadership:Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment to drive creativity and results.
- Partnership Development:Build strategic partnerships with key industry players, influencers, and media outlets to amplify brand visibility and reach new audiences.
Qualifications:
- Experience:Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and e-commerce. Previous experience in a leadership role is highly desirable.
- Education:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Skills:
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive growth and revenue.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to optimize marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
