Prenuvo is looking for a strategic and creative Partner Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will lead and coordinate all marketing efforts related to our external partnerships, including those with referring healthcare providers, to enhance Prenuvo's brand presence, drive customer engagement, and support growth objectives.
You'll oversee the creative development and production processes for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all partnership initiatives meet the highest standards. Your work will focus on developing and executing partner projects, managing resources, schedules, and priorities across multiple streams. By working cross-functionally with teams in partnerships, sales, clinical operations, product management, PR, and broader marketing, the Partner Marketing Manager will play a key role in increasing the lifetime value of strategic partnerships and supporting Prenuvo's business goals while upholding our brand integrity.
This role is fully remote. Candidates located in Mountain Standard Time (MST) or Pacific Standard Time (PST) are strongly preferred.

What You'll Do
- Manage multiple projects, resources, schedules, and priorities across multiple work streams, ensuring high-quality solutions in a continuously evolving creative environment
- Develop and drive partner journey's, campaigns, and creative with brands and providers around the world, shaping how Prenuvo shows up within every touchpoint in the partners' space, including all multi-channel activation strategies, digital, social, experiential, and other available channels to maximize reach and engagement
- Develop compelling messaging that communicates Prenuvo's brand values and offerings to a partner's audience
- Develop and drive global processes, across Prenuvo, to improve the quality and effectiveness of the partner resources. Including collaborations with internal teams (Growth, Partnership, Sales, etc.) to develop and execute joint initiatives and campaigns with strategic partners
- Ensure alignment of goals, messaging, and execution across all partnership activities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, including senior executives, marketing leaders, and cross-functional teams. Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for partner engagement and collaboration
- Develop extensive creative briefs to support integrated efforts across partnership marketing including social, print, digital and other areas Prenuvo would appear. Include review and routing of concepts to ensure quality and accuracy from all stakeholders including clinical and legal reviews
- Define KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of partnership initiatives. Monitor and analyze performance data to identify insights, optimize strategies, and maximize ROI
- Leverage market insights to identify opportunities for growth and inform new partnership strategies
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience leading successful partner marketing, communications and campaigns in a Marketing Producer, Partner Comms Producer, Marketing Planner, or Sponsorship Marketing role
- Strong ability to work strategically and able to develop detailed planning and playbook documentation
- Expertise in creating project plans and tracking documents including scheduling and meeting notes
- Strong organization skills and experience managing and contributing to multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Extremely detail oriented with extraordinary follow-through skills
- Ability to focus on multiple projects at once
- Well informed opinions on marketing, creative and partnership [customer] experience best practices
- Experience that spans marketing, sales, and relationship management

- The base salary for this role ranges from $80,000- $100,000 in local currency, depending upon experience
