This role is critical in driving traffic, generating leads, and increasing revenue by maximizing our return on advertising spend (ROAS). The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital advertising, especially within regulated industries, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. Roles and Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and optimize paid media strategies across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and programmatic advertising. Manage the end-to-end process of ad campaigns, including budgeting, creative strategy, audience targeting, ad placement, and performance tracking. Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve ROAS, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop engaging ad creatives that align with brand messaging and resonate with the target audience. Monitor and stay updated on trends, regulations, and compliance requirements in the cannabis and THC industry to ensure advertising strategies remain compliant. Perform A/B testing of ads to identify the most effective creative, messaging, and audience combinations. Prepare detailed performance reports, share insights with stakeholders, and recommend strategies for continual improvement. Requirements: Proven experience in paid media campaign management, preferably in the cannabis, beverage, or regulated industries. Expertise in Google Ads , Meta Ads , TikTok and other paid platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Experience managing budgets and optimizing campaigns for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CTR, and CPA. Knowledge of industry regulations around THC and cannabis advertising and the ability to navigate compliance challenges. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and other performance measurement platforms. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and sales teams. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
